After suffering from clinical depression for 5 years I finally saw the other side - true physical and mental health.
I was done looking in the mirror and hating how I looked and felt so I got rid of all my self-sabotaging behaviours.
I grew up as a natural athlete, but when I turned 26 my health really took a turn for the worse.
In 2013, I left the corporate world and started my own business in the online marketing space.
Under the pressure to succeed, I quit working out, ate convenience food and relied on way too much caffeine to get me through the day.
The more money I made the more burnt out I became. I wasn't sleeping well, constantly anxious and suffering from brain fog and depression.
One day I just became sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and decided ENOUGH was ENOUGH.
I started experimenting with keto, fasting, fat burners, carnivore, whole foods, high carb, low carb, 6 meals a day, 1 meal a day and a bunch more protocols that would take me too long to name.
I wanted to look in the mirror and be proud of the man I was.
I wanted a body and life that resembled discipline and integrity and I wanted the confidence to match.
So after heavily investing into fitness coaches and mentors as well countless spiritual retreats to learn the power of healing and self love, I finally cracked the code for maintaining a high performing, lean physique and confident mindset.
I took the best from what I learned from each coach and pieced it together to create the Cut Method.

It literally means cutting through the BS and cutting through to results.
It means cutting the negativity, ego, excuses and self sabotage and cutting to the core of who you are.
Which is a beautiful soul full of infinite potential.
This worked phenomenally for me but when my sister went through her own severe depression and put on 20kgs of body fat I realized that men and women are not the same.
She was dealing with hormonal changes and underlying issues that I didn't know how to fix.
There was no way I would let her suffer the way I did for so long.
So I became obsessed with getting better and learning how to help her.
This was the catalyst for my Cut Method Training program. I just made small 1% improvements to her health & fitness and as a byproduct of making herself a priority her life improved drastically.
After her incredible transformation 7 years ago I became a keynote speaker on Health & Fitness so I can help other women get in the best shape of their life - physically, mentally, & emotionally.
In the same time I've helped hundreds get their hormones balanced and drastically improved gut health.
By helping people become physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger the massive weight-loss clients have seen has been a byproduct of making themselves a priority.
